You can get the Unlimited Infinity 1 package which includes up to 52mb unlimited use, along with unlimited weekend calls for £28.99pm on a 12 month contract (£59.99 setup and router fee applies).

I am sure there are stories about all providers but BT are just horrendous - lovely people, always very pleasant on the phone but they cannot sort out the many problems that their system creates. All support can do is offer apologies and make a note, and then nothing happens.

Wouldn't renew with BT if it was free!!!
I had problems with Sky fibre before I switched but nothing that compares to the problems with BT.
I'm only naming a couple of issues as my hands would start to hurt from all the typing! Double billing for the first three months, each time told it wouldn't happen again!, cancelling services on the day of activation just because they felt like it, internet went down for the two weeks at christmas, which means the tv stops working too...
Family and friends have had issues as well so its not just us.
stay away from BT!

I managed to get the £90 cb and £150 g/c
when you get the g/c I registered it and then paid the BT bill with it. you can also pay the £59 on the first bill too..
so if the £120 still kicks in thats £10 a month.. very hooooooooot good deal!
after 12 months move back to sky and grab the reward too.. been doing this for years.

Could not agree more! Just left BT in the last few days because of recent price increases, years of problems and unethical ways they use to get their hands on your money!

there will always be people who have the same experience with other providers, every single deal like this regardless of provider gets the same comments, "this company is rubbish", "avoid this company"
yes people have issues, some will always have issues whoever they choose to use for internet
remember your experiences are not representative of everyone, I have never had an issue with BT, I also never had an issue with Virgin when I was with them

if you ever have an issue with BT about services then make a complaint and get it escalated as i have done many times and all times i have had excellent service and forms of compensation. If you dont use the complaints service and get it escalated then never expect a resolution. I have had over £300 in account credits and 2 MasterCard loaded with £100 because of minor faults and misinformation's. Saying that there broadband sucks for online gaming the only reason i use broadband.

I'll second that, I'm with them now, absolute shocking customer service.
I made a huge complaint due to a disastrous setup process. In the end they offered me £2 compensation for the delay.
If you can get a good deal and get lucky with an easy setup process then fair enough. Just hope you don't have any problems. Good luck when you have to call them to cancel, that's another story.

10000% Agree, I have an ongoing nightmare with BT spanning 4 months and counting! The number of hours of calls, missed call backs etc are honestly shocking considering this is BT for goodness sake! TalkTalk have 10 times better customer service!

Cant be worse than talktalk whos customers contact details got hacked and now they (including me) get calls from indians who want you to connect to teamviewer so they can "fix your internet connection" aka infect your machine to steal more data. Top tip: if you want them to stop calling as muchm tell them you only have an ipad in the house, as they cant do much with that.

BT are horrific, everyone I know who has had them says so, my experience also and those around me. I've just lodged a complaint with Ofcom they kept telling me from June 2016 for overcharging was sorted, still is not, they also with 30 days notice of April 2nd charges are billing everyone FULL price final bills till contract end date that is moving to the Sky/MSE £64 deal. Complaints India is just a outsourced company that's is there to hinder customers, go straight to Ofcom people and lodge a official complaint if they do not resolve a issue and further complaint within 5 days. I would go for this deal if not for Sky £64 because I am clued up but forget it if you find BAD customer care intolerable to deal with, it's almost like the old standard of 3UK third party care staff deal with BT complaints.

The worst company I have EVER dealt with. I don't say that lightly. I would recommend Virgin over BT any day of the week for Fibre speeds. In fact I would pay more for Virgin Fibre if it were in my area just to save myself the hassle of dealing with BT. I'm voting cold for this reason, RUN!

In my experience the problem is openreach, not BT. I know openreach are also BT but it's a seperate company, and you end up dealing with those muppets no matter who you use (unless its cable).

Had this exact conversation with BT yesterday and in no uncertain terms I was told to either cancel and reapply (the £60 connection fee still applies) or look elsewhere!
I asked if there were loyalty bonuses and got told no. Seems crazy.

Really hot. I switched to BT in Nov with 125 GC and 130 Qudco. No problems since then. I must say BT smart hub is really very good. Prior to BT I had sky and TT. I would always struggle for range / speed in first floor bedrooms. I also tried my own Dual band Asus / TP link routers, they were only marginally better.
But since I got BT smart hub, I get really good range in all rooms, speed drop with the distance is very minimal. I removed all the range extenders etc. Just for smart hub itself, I feel it's worth it.

I have to say this is my eperience so far too. I came from Sky and even with an ASUS standalone good router, the BT hub is much better at range and speed, I've uplugged my repeaters as well. I'm pretty close to the exchange, but the speed on BT is so much better as well for me.
