Here’s a decent balance transfer deal but TSB has arranged it in a weird way for some reason.
The new Platinum 28 Month Balance Transfer Credit Card offers 0% on transfers for 28 months and purchases for three months.
There’s a 0.5% BT fee but it’s refunded, making it fee-free. (Why not just make it zero fee, I don’t know).
Transfers need to be made within 30 days of opening the account.
Customers need to open their account before 31 January 2018 and make the transfer before 2 March 2018 to qualify for the offer.
Another perk that customers who also have a TSB Classic Plus account can get 1% cashback on the first £500 spend each month on the credit card – that’s £5 a month. This offer is available until 30 June 2018. So if you get the card in October that's nine months to grab the cashback, up to a maximum of £45.

Try BarclayCard Balance Transfer for 25 months. 2% fee which is then refunded later. they have some Quidco cashback as well which tracked in my case.
Halifax have a small fee 0.6% deal as well with £20 cashback on their own website. Good luck!

Don't mix balance transfers and spending on the same card. I recently went for the 24 month 0% balance transfer card with virgin money as I was pre-approved

Can I pay off my car loan of £3800 with this card and then pay off the credit for 29 Months on 0% using this card.

Yes, depending on the credit limit if you're approved. Say you get a £4000 limit, pay it off over the course of 28 months. Better than getting a loan. I've been doing this 'stoozing' where you use a product like this and save in higher interest accounts such as Nationwide and Santander 123 for years now. Frees up money and gives you some flexibility if you know how to take advantage.

What you want is a Money Transfer card, which this is not. It may offer it, but typically charged at 4%, which may/not be better than your car loan. Check your car loan terms for any early repayment penalty as well!

The TSB website doesn't load correctly, as first commenter noted. I was using Google Chrome. But with Google Chrome Canary (the beta test browser which I also use) it worked. Weird error. I have a feeling it's to do with accepting (clicking OK) for the cookies if you are visiting website for the first time.
