All credits for this deal goes to MSE. I am just posting it here for HotUKDealers to ensure they don't miss it!
1. Sign up. Use this specific link* – the deal's exclusive to MoneySavingExpert.
2. Choose to pay line rent upfront if you can afford to. It's cheapest if you pay the £185.88 year's line rent upfront (equiv £15.49/mth). It's then £17.99/mth after. If you don't pay line rent upfront it's £17.99/mth for the entire 12-month contract. You choose which option during the application.
3. Broadband's 'free' for the 12-month contract. If you stay after the contract it's £9.99/mth or £17.49/mth depending on where you live, so diarise to switch at this point.
4. £80 cashback - it's sent automatically. Ensure you use the link above and you'll receive a cheque for £80 within 60 days of your broadband activation date.
5. Pay by direct debit. Or there's a £1.50-per-payment extra charge.
You maybe able to get cash back too to reduce this cost further but I am unsure. Good luck and time to switch!

I have plus net and I would not recommend anyone, very bad customer service and the broadband speed is very slow at times no connection. I have to pay 30 cancellation charges as I want to move to relish broadband, it takes hours to speak to someone.

I'm a current Plusnet customer and kind of regret because it's not a very good ISP but any chance they'd lower the monthly cost to this deal's package by talking to them? If so, what should I say?

Always worth a call to say else you'll move. Alternatively you can always give a notice and get it in your partner or anyone else at your property's name. Worth a call definitely. I am with sky and the service is ok (minus router). I have read it's similar story with plusnet too - so worth a consider!

I just switched my package with TalkTalk (from one tarrif to another). They messed it up to the extent that they actually disconnected my phone / internet. My issue has now been escalated to the Office of the CEO for resolution. This is the second time this has happened with TT. Last time they screwed up & had no phone / internet for three months.
Yes, that's right, 3 months.
As it happens I also have a BT Business line (as I work from home) so I was able to avoid disaster.
My suggestion? Avoid.
The only reason I haven't switched suplplier is that I am afraid that they will mess that up too.

This works around £8.82 a month. This should go super hot. Not sure what they mean by 'only available in low cost areas'

If you want there router its going to be £6.99 extra for P&P "Get the latest wireless-N technology router, worth £40 "
I think its worth getting the router so they dont blame your router if and when you have issues.
Fibre not bad either for £5 extra a month but then no £80 cashback.

BT has a good offer on fibre. I can post that deal if anyone wants.

Me too. Moving to BT Fibre on 4th November. Much of the time my Plus Net Broadband is unusable.

I've been with plusnet for years and found them fine sorting out the couple of issues I had quite efficiently. I used on line chart rather than the telephone to deal with my issues. They were very 'strict' about keeping their online deals separate from there telephone deals.
