It's not the 'best' there's no such thing, there's the best for an individual's requirements, but they may vary from one to another.
It's a nice, no, very nice, tablet, performs well considering it's an Atom, but these days, Atom processors are realistically not the hampered chips of the first generation.
This tablet is a compromise between looks, weight, battery life and CPU power, concentrating on the first 3.
It's a great tablet, but don't expect to run MS SQL Server + Photoshop + Visual Studio and loads of Chrome tabs without noticing a slow down.
Windows works great in limited memory and with lower power CPUs, but if you're a power user, a less attractive more practical solution might be elsewhere.
