All refurbished handsets are supplied complete with battery and charger. In most cases any additional accessories that are usually provided with the handset such as headphones, etc will also be supplied. Although we can only guarantee that the handset, battery and charger will be included.

As part of the refurbishment process all handsets are fully inspected, tested and reset by our engineers and all refurbished handsets are supplied with full warranty (excluding refurbished iPhones which are supplied with 6 months warranty).
