I ordered it within 10 minutes of this deal posted and I still have not received it.
I spoke to the manager and it was handled extremely poorly. I'll give a few more days before requesting a refund.
To the guy that received his with existing user details... that's just shocking :confused:

Yes, I even called them last night after they requested me to fill in a questionnaire to verify who I am, I was promised the phone would be sent out for delivery today. No email to say there was no stock today either, I have had to request twice for a refund and then they tell me they will send out my phone when someone returns one. They are jokers.

I've received it too in OK condition - a few minor marks with one near the USB port and the other on the SIM card flap where the paint has been peeled.
Worst of all, the previous owners details are still on it and clearly hasn't been reset!

This was a legitimate deal. I ordered approx 6pm last night and the handset arrived at 9am today.
The handset was mint, and came boxed with charger and unused screen protector.
I returned it as the Coral colour was yuk factor 10.

Well I ordered around 3.30 yesterday and I got the cobblers that there was no stock, I also have not had my email saying I will be refunded due to no stock, despite Emma saying I would.

It said "In Stock" on the order page. Is this just a way of them getting out of a misprice?
Could explain why the order page has been deleted and is unavailable on their website instead of jut saying Out of Stock.

I've owned to Z3 Compact for over a year and it's been a great device. In my opinion the Z5C has a better camera (but it's still a bit slow, and noisy in low light), the screen is brighter, the speakers are marginally louder and it has a good fingerprint reader. Battery life is about the same. My Z3C has around 100 apps on it and it's still blazingly fast. Side by side the Z5C is no faster (ymmv)
In my opinion it's not a good enough upgrade from the Z3C, and I don't like that they took away the (useful) magnetic charging points and didn't include wireless charging.
I also think that the Z3C looks nicer.
I'm a bit wary of glass backed phones now, having read about the various cracking issues. I'm very careful with my Z3C, but it's a shame that I need to be.
Just my opinion.

Spoke to Emma this morning, she was helpful but they do not have any stock and cant guarantee when they will, depends on who returns one and when. Asked to cancel order. Crap company before we even start. Asked for my money back.
These are locked and will have been used for longer. They will not come with accessories and original box either but it is still not bad.

Its a orangey colour and its not that bad actually, I owned the Z3 in this colour and it was pretty cool. Just checked my order progress and it says awaiting stock, looks like me phoning tomorrow to cancel, ah well. Only what I suspected but worth a go

I think it is worth taking a punt at this level of saving (30%), they are likely to be in brand new condition and if you are not happy with the refurb you can always return it yourself.
