The Video seems a bit creepy on shopto. I mean what adult has his mate round and gets sent to his bedroom by his kid?

Kind of a shallow statement really. I own a bunch of PS devices and even I have to admit how abysmal PSTV is. Such a missed oppurtunity what with external HDD support/micro SD support, anti-aliasing options and a solid compatibility list all being absent. Inexcusable really..

Buy a raspberry pi 2, put kodi on that and save yourself 6-7 quid, no games worth their salt but if streaming/playback is what you want, done and dusted.

Why would you want Kodi, this is either for PlayStation Remote Play or playing PS1/PSP/PSV games. lol
Yup, may or may not being able to play all the games though. Some of them have controls you can't use with a normal pad, if I understand correctly.

Almost at the price I'm looking for, I want one for £20, or I will pay more with a controller.

I've read that playing online on a different TV using pstv is not very good and there is a massive lag. can anyone confirm this before I purchase please

If its anything like using the app on the xperia phones its ok, I guess ultimately it depends on your internet connection and WiFi signal, I've never had any issues playing games like fifa online.

Input lag on any streaming device is likely to be too detrimental for competitive FPS games, if that's what you mean. For example I can stream Halo from my Xbox One to PC and play campaign OK but the slight lag renders the multiplayer practically unplayable. Though I did still manage a positive K/D with a "triple kill", I guess some people are just very bad at Halo

I have one and would advise you have a good fibre connection and/or use powerline adapters or a hard wired Ethernet connection from the PSTV to your router. There is still a small bit of lag but the games are very playable with a good setup. Also it is 720p max on a PSTV.

I can confirm that that is the truth. I have a very fast wired connection (76mbps), but cannot play FIFA on pstv as lag / screen blurring makes it impossible

I've tried this on a wired 100mbit lan connection, it might have even been gigabit at the time, and the lag was too much to drive a car on GTA at slow speed without crashing, I would not recommend this for screen mirroring of your ps4. I've tried multiple things to get this working :-( hot price for playing some vita games (not all work) but I don't think the device itself is worth while!

I am running on gigabit switch and there is lag, if you want to play games in another room.. dont bother getting one

Plus games/games you've bought should all work. Assuming that it's all on the same account and they're compatible. There's a list knocking about somewhere

I hope amazon price match but there is no 'tell us about a lower price' button on the page :disappointed:
