Ken Buns?
Yeah Ken Burns landmark documentary series I haven't watched for nearly 20 years. It was being shown on BBC 2 every morning late 90's so recorded everyone and watched in the evenings. I fit them all on two tapes. Very tempted to get the boxes out the attic and watch again. Wonder what the quality would be like.
It's a fascinating story, actually. He was born with extra-long genitalia, which reached an almost unbelievable 10 feet long in adulthood.
His world came crashing down however, the fateful day he decided to put it through the letterbox of his neighbour's house, who understandably mistook it for a serpant of some sort. In an attempt at self-defence she grabbed the nearest thing to hand- a garden rake that was inexplicably indoors at the time, and attacked the 'creature', severing Uncle Billy's impressive appendage completely, and removing 3'8" from the end, leaving him with a nonetheless impressive 6'4.
