Surely this is sexual discrimination ?
On the grounds that women can get this free but men can't, that is discrimination on the grounds of gender, contrary to the Equal Opportunities act.

This just waste public money. The portfolio for such programs usually fabricated to met the governing body standard. The winners are the fake colleges who wins the project on lowest bid.

Hi Bikeoff, i understand the point you making but if you get something free it dont taste or feel the same as something you have had to pay for. Case in point : If you sleep with a female friend the feeling is different to sleeping with a £100 a night hooker, explain that to your local E. Opps person they will probably still come out with the same old garbage.
Opening post
