This just waste public money. The portfolio for such programs usually fabricated to met the governing body standard. The winners are the fake colleges who wins the project on lowest bid.

Hi Bikeoff, i understand the point you making but if you get something free it dont taste or feel the same as something you have had to pay for. Case in point : If you sleep with a female friend the feeling is different to sleeping with a £100 a night hooker, explain that to your local E. Opps person they will probably still come out with the same old garbage.

Sorry i must complain about this ad, it is blatantly exploiting women and young people to take these training courses. They dont mince their words in the ad. They say " Women of any age are eligible for freebies" , I give freebies but i dont go round advertising it. I have yet to see a person under 18 happily smiling as he puts his hand into the toilet to clear a blockage so a word of caution to people out there some jobs are not worth it.

Some jobs perhaps aren't worth it, but most often necessary. Having even a basic understanding on how to fix a problem yourself could save money and time. I'd much rather an unsmiling youth than a youth who had no idea what to do.
You've got to to remember that according to an ideology that shall remain nameless, Women are an "oppressed" group therefore any advantages affording to them are just "leveling" the playing field. Therefore this doesn't count as discrimination. Ridiculous I know. Just look at the UK companies now deliberately paying Women more money, despite there being an equal pay act for nearly 50 years now.
