To celebrate the release of The Lobster on DVD, Blu-ray and Digital on 8th Feb we have a limited number of tickets for some exclusive screenings at selected Picturehouse Cinemas.
Hilarious and utterly unmissable, THE LOBSTER is a darkly funny love story set in a near future where finding love is a matter of life or death…
According to the rules of The City, single people are arrested and then transferred to The Hotel. There they are obliged to find a matching mate in 45 days. If they fail, they are transformed into an animal of their choosing and released into The Woods. A desperate man (Colin Farrell) escapes from The Hotel to The Woods where The Loners live and falls in love, although it is against their rules. Featuring and outstanding cast, THE LOBSTER is one of the must-see films of the year.

'Black' comedy does mean dark comedy, it doesn't mean a comedy featuring black people!!!
(In the same way that in London 'Black cab', doesn't mean a cab driven by a black person - the term refers to the traditional Hackney carriage.)

no, if you don't live in the uk not much chance, if you do not meet the age requirement for the film certification and if you do not have a smart phone or printer these are just a few reasons a person might not be able to get this offer, but I am sure anybody could apply therefore wasting tickets for those who might want to go?

Thanks OP. Great film, although first half much better than second half. If you enjoy black comedies, you will like this.

Dont think it's BLACK comedy. Perhaps dark comedy.

It's been "black comedy" for ages.
