I love the idea of these. This middle aged fatty is hoping to be fit enough for his first Parkrun by May! My Endomondo training plan runs to April but I suspect it'll take me longer :/

I've done our local one since I helped start it up! Yes I'm biased, but it caters to all and all are welcome.

Also, you can go to any run any weekend.... And there is a thing called parkrun tourism :wink:

Great concept. I attend my local Parkrun regularly now. They cater for all abilities. Heat!!
