Is this for people who are experiencing their first winter?

Great for when the missus and I have some argy bargy. I can hand her this and send her to sleep in the car.

I must admit, I read that one and imagined a 1g/2g Nokia, not current 3g/4g smartphones but I suppose in an emergency situation (such as being stranded with a powerless phone) you may want to try every option available whether it works or not.
