Mostly common sense stuff, but as we see every time there's a flake or two of snow, most people are lacking in common sense!

Looks like a good resource overall, heat added, but be aware that one of the tips about getting help advises you to enter the code *3370# on your mobile phone to restart the phone with an additional 50% battery life. This sounded pretty far-fetched, so I looked it up on Snopes and found the following:

I must admit, I read that one and imagined a 1g/2g Nokia, not current 3g/4g smartphones but I suppose in an emergency situation (such as being stranded with a powerless phone) you may want to try every option available whether it works or not.
