Intelligent microprocessor control with diagnostics programme and automatic charging
For all 6V or 12V car and motorcycle batteries with 1.2 - 120Ah capacity
Protected against reverse polarity, short circuit and overload
This appears to be the same charger Lidl regularly sell (Aldi have changed theirs this year) and usually gets hot... on here, at least! Had one for a few years, works well and reliably. Charged two cars, a tractor, lawnmower, electric fencing, so wide range of batteries. I'd recommend it.
Surely to judge the price you need to know the amps output which is missing from the details?

3.8A max, not that it makes much difference.

Worth noting it wont charge a really flat battery

If you have a really discharged battery you will need to use a traditional transformer type charger to get the voltage up to a certain level before these smart chargers will recognize it's connected to a flat battery.

I have a "weekend car" in the garage and found on Monday that there was nothing in the battery to turn over a 4 litre motor. Connected this for 30 mins and I then managed to fire it up!
This Car Battery Charger is suitable for all 6V and 12V car and lead acid batteries.
