Argos are offering the PS4 Pro for only £199 when bought with the 43" & 49" XE80 Sony TV models, offer seems a little hidden, not sure if its a mistake? Also seem to have some great prices on the XE70 models, 55" is £649 which seems to be a genuinely big saving compared to others.

Good deal, hot! What happens if you buy and then return the tv unopened?

They'll probably expect you to return the ps4 pro as well

No need, they'll just charge you the full price of the PS4 and take the difference from the refund.

Normally it works like(on amazon) For example the TV is £750 and the pro £200(normally £350), they will refund £500 for the TV

Surely you'll have to return the PS4 with it?

The next 2 things on my shopping list. Had my eye on the 43" for a while now. But then do I hang on for another year and see what those models do? I've heard that 43" might be phased out but I can't go any bigger due to the space I've got. Also the tv is dropping in price all the time. Thanks op.

The new 10.5G production lines are efficient at 43" (as well as 65" and 75") so I suspect it'll be around for some time to come. Although of course they can always drop the quality if people aren't prepared to pay big money for a small screen.
If you've got a big budget (~£1000) it might be worth waiting another year to see if we get a decent HDR TV at 43".
A year should be safe enough unless you specifically want Sony, it would be odd if all manufacturers at once dropped TVs at this level of quality

How does it come out on the receipt, does it mention any special offer?

I've been wondering what happened to that Xbox mayhem? So did they cancel the orders and offer 10% off for future order?

Yep everyone who put an order in for the mispriced minecraft xbox one s bundle should have got a apology email, with a 10% off any online order

Can't find anything in the T&Cs about returning "item included in special offer". Seriously tempted to try this...
