Great, everything I added (and selected at a store) had gone as I'd clicked the confirm button.
Edit: Managed to secure everything but the fleece rugs at a store in the next city over. A bit of a drive but it'll be worth it at these prices.

Hi, if you are able to get across early I would recommend the effort. The staff pick stock from the shelves and if they don't do it first thing ( which in my experience they don't), then the items will be sold to any customer that walks in and sees them on the shelf. The items may then be oos for you even though you have a reservation :disappointed:

Hi, maybe call them when they open and make sure they set aside your reservations? That way you know you won't be making a wasted journey if you are travelling a little way. Hope you get your stuff :smile:

I'll probably send the missus over (it's not a huge trip and she doesn't mind trying) AND call them to tell them someone else is collecting for me. If they don't allow that, then I'll at least secure them for myself after work. Thanks
