I have never used quidco before but I read somewhere unless I misread this but I remember reading that zavvi review the claims and start processing the cashback after the return dates so I assume that is where the issue lies. Please correct me if I am wrong!

If you're new to quidco they'll take your first £5 or something cashback (unless that's changed). So would be £35.
Im still waiting for cheaper.

Surely the £5 payment is for upgrading to Premium Quidco,it's TCB who take £5 if you don't opt out within a month of joining.
