Hi, ebay is very strange this time.
I clicked the link while on 21st and not for me this time (always read it first hand on hot uk then get ebay emails much later)
so I think ebay would stop give such to my account.
Today around 14:22pm, I try again, first check my email, nothing, then my ebay account all selling page (they used to show any offer there) nothing.
But hey, while I click OP link, I am qualify from 16:00 pm today.
(PS still nothing on my email nor ebay ac at 14:39, so would try listing at 4pm and double check if it is free before click the final button )
(also beware #caverncity (above) mention ebay change rules, I have to very careful as sometimes I do have buyer suggest that too)
