Is the warranty entirely UK-based? Thanks.

Good spec for the money but I don't like the tripod screen mounted dashcams, the ones that stick directly to the glass and can be hidden behind the mirror get my vote.
There are cheaper versions with the same style but I rate the Rexing V1 very highly.
Here's some footage from my Rexing that had over 10m views on Facebook.

It's on YouTube dozens of times, over 2m combined views on YouTube too, at the time it was all over the news too.

I noticed the Anker Roav detects and records incidents when you're not in the car. Does the Rexing have anything like this?

Like the look of the cam and the fact that it can be hidden behind the rear-view mirror. Video quality looks decent but I've noticed you can't really see the number plates of vehicles that are a few car lengths ahead or passing by.

I prefer my one, my mirror is a lot closer to the screen than the one in the pic and that cam couldn't go behind it, I also like the screen on mine as when I'm driving I know it's recording correctly.
But hey each to their own and I'm glad you have one, more companies should copy Tesla and have dashcams built in IMO.

I watched the video you posted on full screen as I was keen to see if the registration number can be seen and read (as it is not blotted out). My reason for this is that I have a different miniature dashcam which has recorded many similar incidents - yet trying to make out the actual registration number of a vehicle overtaking is not possible. If the dashcam is not immediately behind another vehicle and close to it - trying to read a registration number of another vehicle going past is problematic. I wondered if it was just my dashcam - but looks like this one is the same.

The quality of the original footage and the footage on YouTube is VERY different, YouTube compresses the footage a lot. The original is clear as can be. It's like Blu-ray quality.

The Anker one is also very good, the app is apparently superb.
I really want to buy that dash cam, I've been impressed with everything Anker so far. Only flaw thats stopped me buying one? No rear camera. So concidering the Rexing V1
I posted this before but it was taken down due to Aukey being a banned brand on HUKD. It's a good cam though.

I'd like to know too. I have one of their power banks, it broke and they gave a full refund without question months later. Seem like a good brand to me.

My Aukey deals were pulled for supposed self promotional reasons according to the mods. I don't think it would do any harm to either give us a list of banned companies or, better still, add a check during the posting process. FWIW Aukey products are excellent in my opinion/experience. Cheers Gooner for the post.
