I used to sell Regatta stuff and it's c**p! So probably about its price point! :unamused:

I wouldn't say Regatta is crap, but this appears to be the dregs of the sale, when I searched for boots for men, they had only one pair, for size 4, 5 and 6 (so more kids size than for men).

A couple of decades ago they were a decent brand, but quality has fallen a long, long way since then.
I used to buy the exact same model every time, as it suited my feet and was light enough that I could wear it all the time. (Bone fragments in my ankle, so I needed the support of a light boot all the time).
1st pair lasted 2 years 2nd pair lasted a year 3rd pair lasted 4 months.
90% of the usage was indoors on a tiled floor, so no excuse for the inners to collapse or the tread to come apart.
In 2008, after that 3rd pair, I stumped up £110 for some Miendl's; they are STILL going, despite best part of a year of tramping around SE Asia.

you are entitled to your opinion, but without any fact to support your statement, your comment is pure rant
I have used Regatta for years, cycling in the rain, hiking, skiing etc. and I've had no issues. Never been wet, always warm. and comfortable :sunglasses:

Feels like their stuff is like sports direct. Never ever worth rrp. But defo ok for budget occasional use.

I see Regatta now and I immediately equate it to all the brands that have down the Sports Direct sh.ithole.

The ironed on Regatta letters had worn off on a fleece after about 3 washes. Not the end of the world, but 'egat' makes it look tatty. Not sure how durable the stitching etc. will hold up. Probably better suited for children, as they grow out of clothes so quickly. Heat added
