Get through customer service to cancellation team. I literally rang for my pac code and they offered me it.

I got this on Monday, rang and spoke to Abhijeet from cancellations team. They'll put you through to CS first just ask for cancellations.

Just want to say thanks great deal just got it for my wife with feel at home but have to speak to cancellations as they first offered £20 but you need to speak to cancellations then you will get the match
