Manufacturer fault with this model in that the rubber seal traps items of clothing that stay trapped throughout the wash cycle... Samsung refused to honour the agreement and said to use netted bags..

It actually says in the manual to use washing bags, how is that a fault?

For small items yes ...not for long sleeve shirts is doesn't though ....
The fault lies solely in the rubber seal that can trap items of clothing including the arms of shirts
Quite a common occurrence on some forums

Would never buy Samsung again and 5 year warranty means nothing. Had engineers out twice a year every year then Samsung refused to continue to cover it. Had to get currys to take it over. Even with that 4 years in we got rid of it. Paid £500 for it. Same model listed.

This is a new model, released recently... not available 4 years ago... not saying that you may not have had problems with your one, but you should stick to the facts.

Had 3 leaks and continuously smelt no matter what we did. Cleaned hoses. Washing machine clean. Soda Crystals. Bleach. The lot. Bought a £330 Beko. Massive improvement.
