I bought mine a couple of years ago. Started off well, pumping the weights daily, working out my routine................3 days later I noticed I was hanging my towels off of it..................a week later, sold.

Quick question.
What do you do with your towels now?
Did you buy a treadmill?

Actually I did buy an treadmill lol. It was an electric fold up one. Ah yes, the vision of me running for miles while watching the TV spurred me on to buy that thing. Half of mile running later and my towel ended up on it and thats where it stayed until I freecycled it.

I envy you so much. At this rate I'm going to have to pay someone to take my cross trainer away.

Because I hung my dirty clothes on it, then ignored it :disappointed:

ahem 30kg weight stack; for most people, beyond the first maybe 1 to 2 months, you would get more excercise lifting it still packed up in the box it came in..
I think these machines are good thought but need a bigger weight stack and weights need to be suppmenetd with cardio exercises; so you would'nt normally work out evey day on these unless you pick different muscle groups and are really trying go to bulk up.
