Expect to get £100 bill credit if you actually proceed to online chat and push them for a deal, might work best if you have already placed an order to move to another provider.

Just done this and it worked for me. I don't want to leave sky, at least not for now so saving £120 over the next year over a product i would have kept anyways is good deal for me. Thanks!

This is the offer I accepted when I came to the end of my previous contract a few weeks ago, but never pushed them for a credit as jaynino suggests, which in hindsight I should have :angry: :disappointed: :cry:
