144Hz, G Sync, WQHD and less than £300. Struggling to find any! Think I may bite the bullet

some may say 23" for 1440p is too small, but i wouldnt know. Still out of my price range but heat nonetheless

I have voted hot as it is a good deal but I would have probably bought it if it was 27". 1440p IMO is too high for 24" as you say.

Not sure myself but I'll find out Monday. N.Ireland doesn't get free delivery so £311.58 total

IPS or TN? Just got myself an Asus PG279Q and I have to say going from a Dell 24" 1080p TN, the Asus is amazing
Edit. Just checked its TN
Not keen on the new look site btw

Do 144 HZ IPS monitors even exist?

I am wrong. I read the post as 144hz 1080p IPS. My mistake.

Yes they do, I have one. Check out the specs on the Asus PG279Q, and it also overclocks to 165hz. Brilliant monitor, the colours and viewing angles compared to a TN are a lot better

Sorry, but they've been around since 2015. eg. Acer Predator XB271HU, ASUS ROG PG279Q

When will the XB271HU drop in price, it dropped under £500 when I started looking at IPS' and now its around £600 and has remained so. I'm looking everyday for a drop, should have bit the bullet when its 500!
