Good price, but I still can't help thinking these should be more like £10 before I start to get a few.

When you say anywhere do you mean over 4G? (ie. Leaving the office)

When at home you can access them over your wifi network.. when not connected to that (or away from home) you can control them when you have a signal (3g/4g). They are great and work well.. amazon reviews are far better than some of the other smart plugs.. ive been running one for one month so far.. no issues

No the plug logs into a central server, and you access via that server.

I think he's asking if he'd need to VPN into his home network to control them.

I have two at the moment that I use both with Alexa when at home or via the app when not, no issues and really easy to set up.

Nope, use your phone over whatever web connection you're on.
The app has all sorts of options, timers, schedules, random between certain hours, etc.

1 per customer? I need 5 :disappointed:

Have you tried ordering 1 at a time? Make sure your basket is clear, and add to basket again.

Cool, think that answers the question then. Can't help but wonder how that works without VPN or Port Forwarding. My concern would be that it's connecting to an external TP Link entity to forward your requests...
