Philips Hue Dimmer switch, probably not as cheap as amazon was, but cheaper than it has been...

My name is Philip, and I know someone called Hugh! He's already pretty dim, but this could still come in handy.

Good luck finding any in store! With cost of delivery Amazon is cheaper.

Still £17.99 at Amazon directly but currently OOS with 1-2 month lead time. No local Argos stock here.

I ordered one whilst it was still in stock, but it's been delayed as I think Amazon miscounted what they actually had. These dimmers are out of stock pretty much everywhere. The only place that seems to have them is screwfix for £19.99.

I agree useless price when they never have any stock
Also I would strongly recommend iConnectHue app as it really lets you control these dimmer switches with custom commands.

Seems an odd shape for a light switch. Do these things fit flush, or do you need to knock chunks out of your wall?

They are wireless they stick on your wall and the buttons come off like a remote it's magnetic.. lets you keep your hard wired switches as backups

Thanks just downloaded - looks like its going to do everything i need from my Hue setup. Just a shame that Philips couldn't create something similar. They've really missed a trick there
