Worst TV I ever bought, literally caught fire after owning it for 5 months. Something went wrong with ambilight and I saw burn marks around the edge of screen and on the frame of TV itself, potentially overheated LED light which is in the back of the TV with burn mark at the opposite of the LED .Philips stated engineers had a look at the pictures I emailed to them and they came to conclusion that it is mechanical fault and they put blame on us!! That was all done over the picture rather than actually sending someone to collect TV and do proper investigation to make sure this model is actually safe. They invalidated warranty, refused refund and we were £500 out of pocket. Never ever will buy anything from Philips and I strongly discourage anyone to support them.

be sure to let us know after a month of usage what you think. very unresponsive times after u press a button on remote until actual tv reponses to your demand, especially when u press settings while watching takes at least 8 seconds to respond to your request

bought this a while ago. unless you have hd content the picture quality with this isnt all that good on the "hd freeview" it comes with. its also very glitchy. all week been having a 401 error. Only decent feature is ambilight. taking this piece of c*** back if it continues to play up. very slow and unresponsive at times

Never had the issue you describe with mine, had it for several months now. It's worth checking for software updates as a few updates back removed all "lag" issues with the TV for me.
401 errors are unauthorized HTTP request errors - probably something with your internet settings or Google account settings causing that?
