I always have a soft spot when this goes on sale (Cannon Fodder and Sensible Soccer, too). It's down from £4.69 and is just fantastic.
To put it down in comparison...RollerCoaster Tycoon World is £2.99. See the deal?
Think you can design and build the greatest amusement park in the world? You select the site, you layout the rides. In fact, you control every aspect of running a profitable amusement park; from hiring employees, to developing new rides, to maintaining an adequate supply of soft drinks. Any mistakes, and the bustling hordes of fun-seekers will let you know. Oh, and that Merry-Go-Round in flames is a clue too.
Select from dozens of rides and attractions.
Experience fireworks, weather effects, and more!
Keep your employees happy, or be forced into some real-time deal making.
Visit the Bank Manager to keep an eye on your cash flow.
Check the park status screen to see what your visitors are thinking. You'd better build a burger stand, the little peeps are getting hungry!
If you can value your time at 60p per hour, you really should grab this classic.

Oh man, I can still remember the excitement of buying the CD-ROM version of this - still have it too:
I do remember handymen and mechanics always getting stuck in the middle of nowhere though :disappointed: Of course, by the time I'd noticed, half my rides were bust and there was a vomit epidemic.

i have had nothing but trouble trying to play older games on my PC , AOE the writing was tiny and considering i was sat on couch with wireless keyboard made it unplayable and other old titles seem to like to change all my desktop icons , random crashes etc etc
anyone confirm this runs smooth ?

I didn't notice any noticeable issues when I played it. I played it on a Mac, though. If you're gonna see issues when gaming, it's going to be on a Mac
