I have been looking at the nest or the hive, but was told hive doesn't seem to work in Ireland that well. So now the nest is at a price I can afford and will go well with the dots I just bought.

that's a really good price. There are many guides online how to install. combi boilers are the easiest to install to, as its just 2 wires to the boiler.

thankfully my kind neighbour will install it for me. I just have to justify this to my wife as a long term investment
