Yep, the ultimate is really just the touch from six years ago and is a bit of an ergonomic disaster although I love mine.

Yes it can - as long as it's Windows and it has Bluetooth. You use the app on a tablet or phone to move the cursor, but once you're in something like Kodi you can just use the keys on the remote itself.
