Great price imho. Even cheaper for "good" condition. This price is for the bog standard grey colour. Other styles available for a bit more - black leather, etc.

You've been fortunate, but don't bury your head in the sand.
I just bought an Honour 9.... because my LG G4 went into bootloop last Thursday! I was aware of the issue and just hoping I might escape it because I had a really late model (would have been one of the last G4s made) and I don't do a lot of intensive things on my phone, like gaming, to run the temps up... but nope!
14 months use and I'm forced to buy a new phone despite being really happy with the one I had. The way LG treated customers who had issues was also very poor. They denied there were issues at all for a long time. I didn't even look at LG models this time around, especially as my (LG-made) Google Nexus 4 died in a similar way, and I've heard G5 users have experienced problems too. Never again.

After 13 months mine bootlooped, but LG repaired it under warranty within a week. I love the phone, but the screen is more prone to scratches than my G2 was.

Are you saying all G4s have them? Had mine for two years and then given to my daughter. Not had a single issue. So your comment isn't warranted

AHAHAHAHAHAHAA I've never heard that before.
Not only is it only an issue on older models, but they fix the problem for FREE, or replace the handset. It's literally a non issue.

Yeah the problems I had with my Optimus X2 with this stopped me buying LG phones forever. iPhones or Sony ONLY now (and Sony phones have are terrible for communicating, awful reception at other end - iPhone complete opposite

If buying new, opt out in small print that you will not join in any lawsuit against them for bootloop issues...

Lol. Hadn't realised these had "issues" otherwise I wouldn't have posted it. Gonna get chilly in here...

I thought it was a good deal. I got a new one for someone else quite some time ago, which touch wood hasn't bootlooped yet. So I have bought another. Not much comes for the money close, spec-wise. It has a 12 month warranty with Amazon anyway.

Screen retention + bootloop = major NO. Excellent camera though, could be useful while on holiday but that's it.

Do you trust it, though? I've read about failures after repairs also, as they just swap the mainboard with a potentially faulty replacement. I'd trade it in while it's still working; I wish I had when I learned it was a ticking time-bomb.

Me too paid £280 in October 2015 got the boot loop last Christmas, was under 2 year warranty (still is actually), the process was pretty easy (ideally a drop off point to send back and not an inpost box) from booking it in for a repair to getting it back only took a week and they only had it in their repair centre for 1 day, very efficient!
When they replaced it was with the new 2016 mainboard, so no more bootloop problems, outside of amazon best customer service I have had in while
