I got the same thing...note that if you have shared sewers with neighbours then your water supplier/sewage supplier(??!) has to take responsibility of repairs so this leaflet said (Southern Water in my case)

Only for the shared section. You're responsible for the pipe from your house to the shared section.

Had this last year for 50p a month, used once but guy was very courteous, unblocked a sink and replaced a dripping tap with a pair of brand new ones, only plumbcentre cheapies but hey, for the price.
Will partake again.

Excellent deal! My one year just finished and paid £6! They came out about 4 times even changing my kitchen sink tap once with no extra charge.. a deal definitely worth taking! Will be joining again

Well that doesn't make the deal cold. Just means you can't take advantage of it. If someone posts a deal that is too far for me to go does that mean I vote it cold?? It's a good deal regardless of whether you can benefit. It's like saying there is a hot deal for an xbox game but I have a ps4 therefore the deal is cold.

Looking at the url doesn't look like its specific to my address so other people might be able to us it.
Might not cover everything but for £9 and no excess not a bad piece of cover for just in case.
Whenever I have used them they have always been good and cancelling after 12 months is easy enough.
