I'd be sceptical signing up any additional non-EE packages with EE. I still remember other customers being charged for apps they didn't sign up for, had no info of being signed up to it and had real problems getting money back. Read a whole host of these online and in the national press.

Tbh I took out the six month trial of this last year, I had texts saying it was due to expire about two weeks before the trial ended and cancelled it via text which happened without any bother.

very vague comment which i am sure can be aimed at pretty much every retailer selling ANY product. Customer service is ofc always important whoever you deal with, but generalising doesn't help much does it?
**BTW regarding the offer, i also got the text which clearly states Apple music is free along with the data used over the 6 month period

Lower quality streaming and a company that for years has been riddled with stories of how they don't pay the artist's! Not forgetting the peer to peer problem of Spotify using peoples computers to share over 100 connections !
We used to use it cos it was easy but as we have friends that are musicians , we've ditched it, see the recent story only this week how Spotify have filled their playlist with fake artists ! what scumbags Spotify are if this is true!! We spoke to a friend who deals with music business and he told us the've known about this since last year, & it is true but what can they do about it..
We will never use Spotify again, we don't use Apple Music as we can't afford it so back to sharing our own music and Amazon's free lot with Prime. I'd take Apple Music if we can get it form EE though

EE deal is crap as compared to Voda deal of free spotify for 12 months or 24 months. With Employee Vantage from Voda no other operator in the UK can be valuable and able to beat. At the moment, if your company offer Vodafone Employeevantage, you get 30% off on simo tariffs. I pay £17.50 for 25GB (unlim talk.text.EU dataroaming.spotify prem). Cold from me.

Same. I received a text couple of weeks before it ends, and replied with STOP MUSIC and received confirmation I wouldn't be billed.
