Amazing deal! Grab yourself a year of EA Access and you have a ton of awesome games to play and keep you busy.
Might get lucky and get someone's left over games on there too

A mate of mine bought a preowoned from instore, good condition. Packed in within 3 months. None available in store to replace, so they gave him a new S version. He couldn't be happier.

the problem is that you can't see this before buying as the store price is 129..... otherwise very tempted

So I don't think they do wipe hard drives on all devices.
