You can use your full allowance in EU now but nowhere else I believe. They have roaming bolt ons.

Thanks.
So I want to switch and what do I have to do? Give my current provider a 30 day notice and get a PAC code, get charged by both providers for the first 30 days? Any way to shorten the period when I pay for both providers, e.g. choose when to start with Plusnet?
Thanks.

If your current number is out of contract just request a PAC and order the new SIM. As soon as the plusnet number is live, give them the PAC and the number will port within a day or two.
You'll only pay for two lines for a couple of days.

can you upgrade your current plusnet mobile account to this to be able to keep your curvy phone number?

Having a lot of trouble now with plusnet couldn't call for two hours today and dropped calls to certain numbers! Quite annoying tbh

This is the second Plusnet sim deal I've tried to purchase in the last few weeks - always get the error page after the card payment. I wonder how much business they are losing with these issues?

Okay, I can confirm the package does exist, as I have just purchased it (at last!). It failed after card payment in Safari and Firefox but went through fine in Internet Explorer.

Good advice, tried in firefox and failed but IE worked nicely.
I tried 6 times to order and got the processing error message every time after i had put through my payment details. No order confirmation screen or emails at all. I finally called my bank to check if the problem was at my end and they confirmed that all 6 payments had been accepted! I called plusnet and was put through to the sales team who confirmed that there are processing issues with the website. He told me the 6 payments have been accepted by a payment holding company they use and the money will go back into my account in roughly 5 days as plusnet did not accept my orders. He did say that my bank should be able to recall those payments to the holding company, however when i spoke to Santander and tried to get the payments stopped i was told it was not possible.
They knew about the Uswitch offer and processed my order and payment over the phone without any problem at all, so i would just give the sales team a call rather than try it online. They were also very helpful which was reassuring, though i did speak to the sales team rather than CS so time will tell
Good luck!

No chance of getting this offer if you're already with plusnet right? I'm currently on the £5 - 1GB deal, but I wouldn't mind paying the extra amount of that data.

If you are already on Plusnet on a 30 day contract you can switch :sunglasses:
I signed up to Plusnet a week ago on the 4GB, 1500min & unlimited texts bundle for £10 a month. Just called their customer services and they've allowed me to switch to this deal. It's starts on my next monthly payment.

Nope. Their prices seem good but there not all that. Got drafted in when they swallowed up lifemobile and its been ok, customer service terrible (but when isn't it) Trouble is i've not been able to send texts for the past three days and i'm all good my end had a look online and its a common problem apparently. Pac code request imminent.

Ordered cheers dude. Internet explorer is the only search engine that will process the payment.
Thanks for the heads up Maclemming

I moved to plusnet 4 months ago and I often have issues in central London with calls dropping or the quality of the call being really poor. I didn't experienced this when I was with three, so I assume it's a problem with plusnet.

Wow no need for language like this - If i had a business, i would allow people to write in and show proof that money had left my account, to get a refund for a failed order. I am sure being polite in the letter will get you a long way.
I used to work in a call centre and i used to dread people speaking like your comment.

Forgotten to say i moved from Giffgaff to Plusnet and it went through without any problem - payment did fail, submitted it again and all has been good.

Seems a reasonable deal especially as it's only a 30 day contract. Heat added and think I'll take one at that price.

Hi, do you think they credit checked you for every attempt to order? I am in the same boat, my payment did not go through on two attempts. Gave up on the fear that credit history might take a hit.
