Yes. 1366x768 is the minimum vertical height for most windows to fit. It's also too small for multi-window whereas 1920x1080 is probably the minimum that's usable for it. If you want the bigger UI elements get the higher res screen and use scaling.

Do be aware this has no expansion slots underneath so you would have to take apart the laptop to change hardware components.
