Even with 2 step authentication, I wouldn't trust Sony with ANY payment details. PayPal, card or otherwise. They are not capable of keeping them safe, and have a terrible attitude if something does go wrong. Be careful.

you deserve a £5 reward if you can link anything to your PlayStation account, I tried to buy mirrors edge a few weeks back, and it was as if they didn't even want my money, my card details where exactly right, and my PayPal password, but no matter what I tried they wouldn't accept anything

why would they need to give you anything free, you're already a loyal customer spending **** of cash, they don't need to entice you with offers.

Read the terms and conditions and you will probably realise you don't qualify , you have to have had this email sent to you for you to be eligible so definitely not for everyone

Wow, those Ts&Cs are going to severely limit who can get this deal.

Sadly it's not for everyone and I assume for those who don't currently have PayPal on their account , I always delete all my payment options and prefer to add them whenever I am buying something
The terms and conditions are very limited and very specific , think I might qualify though

Very few companies reward loyalty by customers these days. It's a sad state of affairs.

Yeah I even sent Sony an email explaining from 2016 alone I've spent almost £700 just on the store and asked if there was any chance of a discount voucher on my next purchase.
To their credit they were quick to reply with my definitely not
