Only that I don't need one but I really really want one...
I'd want to check the blades , considering they're a consumable item you'd want them to be a standard length so you can get replacements. I've no idea what a 'standard length' is though.
Looks decent although I'd like to see one in the flesh to judge for myself.

It's crap compared to my Scheppach HBS20 bandsaw..........except it is a Scheppach HBS20 painted blue.
The Aldi bandsaw is a chinese made Einhell who badge engineer for several makes. It is exactly the same as the Scheppach HBS20 sold by Screwfix for £109.
For £80 you will get a reasonably made little bench top bandsaw which will be transformed by fitting a decent blade as the one supplied is made of monkey metal and cheese. However a decent blade may be hard to find in the correct size.
Anyone who recalls the dreadful Burgess three wheeled bandsaws of the 60/70/80s will think this is a belter of a saw but, thanks to Herr Aldi's super returns policy, once you have used it and realise that it really is crap, you can get a full refund. Fantastic!
