mine arrived a few weeks ago and has a small TiM logo on the box but is not locked (being used on three UK with three firmware, a simple update)

theres a review at the bottom which when translates indicates that this has a carrier logo (TIM)

Yeah.... TiIM is a carrier in Italy. I've cancelled my order in case it's locked to TIM. Not Gonna risk it.

Yup TIM is a provider in Italy so probably locked to them, used to be on Ferrari f1 cars and ducati motogp bikes
