Two reasons I won't buy this.
1, It looks rubbish, one of my favourites was call of duty 3,nice a simple,no stupid future stuff and everyone had a choice of just half a dozen weapons,so it was a very even playing field.
2,call of duty IMO needs to be purchased on day 1 or close to it to feel like you are part of it,otherwise it's like turning up to a party hours late, all the buffet has been eaten and everyone else is well drunk and you feel the odd one out.

Worth it just for Zombies in spaceland. Heat added.

Don't know why people are judging it based on the online. Don't ever play CoD for multiplayer, it's been awful for many many years now. Too fast paced, stupid weapons, stupid abilities.
The campaign however is excellent on this. Well worth the tenner. Then simply sell on when you've completed it.

Yeah, it's not my thing, either. The last one I purchased was Black OPS II. But, it's still the cheapest I've seen it new

Whic call of duty would you recommend for single player or is it just online play? The last game of this type i played was Medal of Honor(ps2) and rainbox 6 loved it as single player mode.

I only ever play online.
For me the best was call of duty 3,and the original call of duty modern warfare.
