Down from 31.99. Great value for 18kg of weights. Less than half price!

Why are the comment sections of these things always filled with dickheads? Everyone has to start somewhere.

Reading the comments makes me cringe !
The ones bragging about how light the weights are probably sat there with a beer in one hand and a pork pie in the other.

You don't have to limit yourself to only using the plates that come with the bar. You can add more/ heavier plates for the gainz

Oh look... Arnold Schwarzenegger decided to post a comment. It must be great to be able to lift really heavy weights. Not everyone is as strong a you. Plus for anyone wanting to gain strength, or recover from injury, these are great value. Explain to me how boasting about how strong you are does you any good. Go on. I'd love to hear.

I started with an argos 15kg dumb sets, today almost 5 years later I can curl with 65kg, 6 reps 3 sets even more depending on time.
But the most effective for me is 45kg, 15 reps 3-4 sets.
Everyone needs to start somewhere, to folks reading some bragging comments, ignore those. Make a start with whatever you can afford and move up when you can.
It's not about HOW MUCH you can lift, but HOW YOU lift it that counts.

My biceps would need three sets of these to have any effect. Not bad for twiglet armed people though.

Ha! Bet you are one of the A-holes that walk around pure gym just to take selfies for snap chat. Totally egotistic buffoon.

Will the bar be able to hold the weights I use?

Q&A section says bar limited to 18KG. Bars supplies with vinyl discs are rarely good enough to upgrade.

At the same time, sets like this, the bars aren't rated to hold all that much weight and you will outgrow it in no time.
Also, this set on Amazon is the same price, free delivery, and has 12KG more with a weight limit of 60KG.
