Be aware it has a backplate which may foul the memory slot clips on an mATX motherboard with 4 memory slots. It is also slightly wider than 2 slots. I got this card in the Amazon Warehouse 20% sale and very pleased with it so far.

Sorry its a bit of a weird question but, how close are the fans against the heat sink?
I'm thinking i can chop bit of the prong lifting it and get a few extra mm.

I loved that sale- all the naysayers may complain about the Warehouse sales but picked up a GTX 1070 as "Used-Like New" for £279 so really can't complain with that.

exact same. Got it for £160 very good condition from Amazon Warehouse. Great card, perfect for 1080p budget build. Goes great with my Oc'd Ryzen 1600.

Once they hit £179, then I'll be happy

Likewise, though my GTX 1070 arrived DOA, so currently waiting on a replacement!

Oh dear- nice they are sending a replacement though. Usually they refund so they must have had more in stock. What model did you get and what price?

They're not. I've ordered a new one to see whether its the card or something with my system, as it's a new build. I imagine the same model as you, Palit Dual. I seem to recall it was £279 after the 20%. They had a founders edition at £320 after the discount but they weren't willing to price match as a suitable replacement.

How did you convince them to send you a replacement, Amazon only do refunds against Warehouse deals, and I know as I've had many, many, many problems with them.

See above, not a replacement per se, just me ordering a new card
