Great deal for annual travelinsurance , ( based on my age 51 ) , £22.18 , £4.18 cashback via TCB , and a £15 Debenhams voucher , equates to 25p a month
This is based on multi trip European Travel , no idea how it compares to other countries because I am travelling to Eurooe a few times in the next year , so this deal ticked all the boxes. Hope it helps .

I find America Express worldwide the best value for money esp. if visiting family in foreign climes for extended periods with children travelling with you.For an extra 10 quid you can waive the excess so any trips to doctors will be worth claiming for. You can get 20% off and cash back to boot.

Initially looks like an amazing price - I paid near on £60 but that was for worldwide and low excess cover from a top rated company.
Seriously doubt this is going to be worldwide or comprehensive. No details in OP so who knows?
European at best...please elucidate....

£96 for my quote for a couple aged 43 & 41 for a Mexico Holiday for 2 weeks in June. No medical conditions , no extra cover / sports cover or anything.
Same cover for this trip with LOWER excess of just £50 , instead of £175 excess at Debenhams , is £30.
May work for some on European destinations but even if you threw in a £30 voucher this policy would still cost almost double.

Not a lot of good for those with pre existing conditions.

Try comparison websites for worldwide. You can get it for under £30.
