Update Asda have joined in the price "war" 3p a litre off petrol, and others followed
ASDA: 112.7p for petrol/ 112.7 for diesel
MORRISONS: 112.9p for petrol/ 113.9 for diesel
SAINSBURY'S: 112.9 for petrol/ 113.9 for diesel
surprised this hasn't been posted as yet, Morrisons started the ball rolling and all supermarket followed suit. Price reduction takes place tomorrow though some reports say it will be today. No prices being quoted as yet.
So if you own a 45 L car and fuel up once a week, you stand to save this week… 90p. Get that cruise booked.

I used supermarket fuel once and within 2 months was diagnosed as having gout.
I complained bitterly to the CEO of Tescasdainburys but didn't receive as much as an apology.
This was in spite of me having documentary evidence of the clear link between my malady and their "Beelzebub's brew" signed by a hospital consultant (my psychiatrist), my Gran and James Dean.
I now campaign daily for an end to this wholesale Supermarket poisoning of society.
My placards and I are usually outside the M&S in the town centre..........although I haven't been there recently on account of my sore toe.

it rises 2p it falls 1p not worth advertising them, maybe have one day a week not using the car and you'll save just as much. In doing so demand goes down and its good for your health

I would normally say you must be new around here but you aren't, the site normally likes a penny reduction but looks not to be the case tonight :disappointed: next time I will just leave it for someone else to get the grief

Stupid comment. I'd rather £52 in my pocket a year from a simple price drop - say it falls another 3p, £100 a year etc. & thats only based on 45L a week.. many do much more than that.

We keep getting the 2p off posts, no mention when the deal is "they only put it up 4.2p - (everyone else put it up 4.7p)"

its nice to see you back on top form again luvsadeal, but you are right I miss read it it was referring to saving per tank, on one of the news channels I skimmed through while posting, so guess its a reading fail! Good job it wasnt in my school days as would have got the cane for doing that but sure you will give me grief for it so probably the same :disappointed:
