I am very happy with this case, plenty of space and dead silent.
Optimally designed for silent computing, while not compromising on airflow and cooling capabilities
Innovative internal layout, providing a perfectly straight airflow path to the CPU heatsink for air cooling set ups or extensiveradiator mounting possibilities for water cooling set ups
Extensive water cooling support for a case of this size; housing radiators up to 420mm in the top and 360mm in the front
Including smart reservoir brackets; featuring drill-free reservoir mounting on the front of the motherboard tray and predrilledpump mounting holes on the bottom panel
Equipped with ModuVent fan slot covers providing the option of additional cooling or maximum sound absorption

This is usually the standard price for this, not really a deal. It is infact though an amazing case as I have it myself but got it for £48 when it was discounted.
Highly recommend the case but the price is a standard price for this case.

Just in case, I buy the case, can you tell me where you bought your case for £48. Id probably buy the case, if it was the case, that I could get he case for £48. I'd take the case home in a suitcase, as I would be carrying up my staircase. I store my suitcase on top of my bookcase.

Does this have mounting behind the door for optical drives?

no, more room for water cooling, more details here
No it doesn't. You can't attach cd/dvd drives into it if that's what you mean. Best option is to buy a usb external one. The front panel removes but to get to the dust filter.

Dont know about this model but I've got the Define R5, which looks very similar.
I spent ages trying to decide which case to get and the R5 for me is brilliant, even though its a mid tower, it is huge for what it is. The R5 has a bay for adding external/optical drives.
I got it for around £80 new a few months ago.

The Define S and Define R5 are very closely related and are both fantastic cases.
If you need four or more 3.5” hard drives and/or support for optical bays, get the R5. If not, the cheaper Define S probably makes more sense; it still supports up to three 3.5” or 2.5" drives plus another two 2.5" drives. Obviously both cases also support M.2 drives attached directly to the 'board.

Also forgot to say........its the most silent case I've ever bought and seen. Honestly I can't even tell its on unless I look to see if the light is on at the top or if I see the motherboard led through the side window.
