I have a HP stream 14"- 32gb laptop running win10 and after only a few months use it was crammed with Win updates.
Had to remove everything but a browser and CCleaner and I still got the message "free up space on your hard drive blah......blah"
If you buy one make sure you update to the newest version of Win 10.
If you have a 32gb Win 10 laptop that is crammed with updates and you get the message "free up 5gb/8gb on driveC blah....blah...." when trying to upgrade.........follow this advice in the comments at the bottom.
I updated to the latest 'creators edition' using that method Then used a 2nd pc to run rufus to mount the ISO to a usb and then installed that to my 32gb PC. Bit of a faff but it worked!

Is the ram soldered onto the board?

shame it's just 32gb storage, that's really tight for win 10 but otherwise decent price if you take the advice from toiletseatlicker above

The ram is soldered but you can make it alot snappier buy installing a SSD and using the emmc as virtual ram. Im using a cheaper plastic E402 version and it only slows when i have about 8 tabs open in chrome. Apart from that its been a great laptop for day to day use and the track pad is nice, large and accurate. Im no techie but there are guides available online on how to use the emmc as ram.

Never heard about emmc, whats the difference with normal ram?

Whereas the E402 has a HDD bay in which you can install a proper SSD, I believe this model (E403) does not. I may be wrong about that, but best check if you plan to buy this and upgrade it.
