Yes on certain models. I installed windows 10 on my Acer C720 Chromebook, Runs like a champ. Tempted by this Chromebook though looks like a good deal.
Edit : Support for windows 10 should be coming soon for the Acer 14 Chromebook according to chrultrabook so could be something to look out for!. Here's a good page to see compatibility of running windows 10 on certain chromebooks : https://coolstar.org/chromebook/windows.html

I have this, definitely do your research to see if a chromebook is suitable for you.
Play store is planned for this model too... No. Idea when.

With 32Gb storage I wouldn't bother unless you plan to increase the m2 card as well.

No touchscreen. Negative. Touchscreen is needed to enjoy Android apps on Chromebook

why would you want Windows on a Chromebook, I think your missing the whole point of a chromebook. most people only use the internet and people like me use it for the internet and to remote into my i7.

Same reason work gave us all chromebooks as we can browse etc and use google documents on them and if we need extra power we just use citrix to stream from a beefy PC which would beat down any overpriced laptop anyday

Wow, that's a great price. PC World are selling these for £249!
This doesn't have an m.2 connector. The 32GB looks to be eMMC or at least soldered. http://imgur.com/a/85mEL
That's the only real downside because if you could get Win10 working on this with say a 128GB SSD, that would be one hell of a machine for only £150 plus the SSD cost.
Does everything work post install?
This articles suggests that "You won’t be able to change audio or screen brightness settings". Does the trackpad work? Or power on/off key?
You have to install some new drivers for the touchpad and keyboard. But other than that everything works 100% brilliant wee machine now and even before.
I bought a Lenovo 100s and was about to sell the Chromebook but I missed the touchpad gestures on the chromebook i.e simple things like two finger scroll which to my surprise the lenovo didn't have? Also windows 10 runs great on it just as quick at browsing etc... than Chrome OS and you get more freedom with windows.
Check these links out its about all you need if you want to try it out.

Even for an 'open box return', it's a good price.
HOT.
