I believe they've limited the code to like 3 uses per account - however if they haven't then you could buy them all separately I think (I'm sure Buzz or someone will correct me if I'm wrong)

Just use this link, you don't have to enter an email address, any old text will do
Go to their page on FB, look down the left hand pane for "Click here to get 5% off". Once you have code, make sure you are logged in at CDkeys or it won't work.

you will need the fb like code or price is 3.99 , 20% discount is pretty good margin on Xbox credit.
*Note - it seems this credit has a use by date of 11/8/17. worth noting if you are planning on bulk buying *
