Also 7.07% TCB. The Shard rarely seems to do offers, spotted this and think it's excellent. You can only book for 10am, 1:30pm or 9pm on mon-fri or 10am on Saturdays. You can be up to half an hour late. Once up you can spend as long as you like , audio guides and human guides are available to ask questions to and two different levels of view, one inside and one open air.
For £4 you can take a trip up Monument which is not as high but offers just as spectacular views. Having done both I can say that The Shard is vastly overpriced even at £15.95. Sorry

They had a promo where children went free last year which I took advantage of, then I discovered Skygardens and now that is now favourite, which if you go after 6pm, doesn't require booking.

Isn't £15.95 just £5 off advance price of £20.95 ?

The normal adult advance price is £25.95. Normal adult on the day price is £30.95.

I agree the view from the shard is over priced, but why pay £4 when you can go up the Sky garden nearly next door for free to give hugely superior views and not be knackered once you get to the top after walking up so many steps?
I always recommend people visiting london to go to the Sky garden.

Oh wow! This is an amazing deal, thank you! Love the fact that I can be up to half an hour late- I run late for everywhere
The cheese grater is a completely different building. You meant that to say "Walkie Talkie". The cheese grater is taller than the walkie talkie, but not sure if open to the public and certainly isn't where the Sky garden is.

Instead of going up the monstrosity that is the shard, I would recommend going for a drink at the duck and waffle, fl 40 heron tower (near liverpool street). https://duckandwaffle.com
